It's 4:21 AM, and I'm still awake. To ease my current hunger, I'm eating "1/3 Less Sugar" Frosted Flakes, which seems like a stupid idea because the whole point of Frosted Flakes is the sugar frosting. But I like them because they're less sweet (although maybe not healthier).

You will have to eat 1/3 more to satisfy the sugar cravings now...and that could very well lead to substantial increase in consumption of the more unhealthy ingredients.
